Our mission is to provide each home buyer with the most comprehensive, unbiased and detailed Home Inspection and report.  Each inspection is performed in a courteous and professional manner utilizing our years of experience, cutting edge tools and technology.  We strive to ensure that each customer is given the knowledge required to make an informed decision on their purchase or sale in a manner that they will understand.

Foresight Property Inspections was created by Greg Wilkinson who has been in the inspection and engineering industry for 20 years.

Foresight Property Inspections was created out of a need to have a knowledgeable local inspector who is dedicated to inspecting homes and commercial properties all the while providing knowledge, understanding and support to those home buyers and sellers.  Greg is a certified Home Inspector through InterNACHI with a minimum of 80 hours of continuing education credits each year.

Attending the home or commercial inspection is encouraged whenever possible where explanations to problems and options for solutions to those problems are discussed.  All areas of the home are inspected during the inspection ensuring that the buyer or seller is aware of the unique aspects of their purchase or sale are understood.  Each inspection includes a complete and comprehensive report where each aspect of the home or commercial property is addressed.  Pictures and details of each point of concern are identified in detail within the report.
